About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Territory Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our prescription dermatology biologics and achieving/exceeding sales goals and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and strategic marketing objectives to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge to promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market.
  • Sales Calls and Activities: Plan and execute effective sales calls/activities on targeted HCPs (dermatologists and allergists) to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Advanced Selling Competencies: Develop advanced selling skills to engage in discussions on complex immunological mechanisms and address queries from HCPs.
  • Continuing Health Education: Organize and carry out Continuing Health Education programs for physicians to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external key stakeholders to anticipate customer needs and support solution development.
  • Customer Engagement: Execute customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Data Analysis: Accurately analyze data on a monthly basis and develop strategic business plans to enhance long-term sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports and analyses to evaluate territory performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Representation: Represent Galderma by attending trade shows, conventions, and other meetings to promote our products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Deliver a variety of administrative tasks timely and accurately to support the sales team.
  • Business Ethics: Demonstrate ethics and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance-related matters.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven specialty sales success in a quota-driven role, with a strong track record of consistent documented success.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Advanced clinical knowledge of the complex immunological pathways targeted by biologics, with the ability to discuss underlying disease mechanisms and how biologics modify them.
  • Evidence-Based Medicine: Proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data, including endpoints specific to biologics, and presenting compelling evidence on the safety and efficacy of Nemolizumab to HCPs.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office in a Windows environment and familiarity with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM, Power BI).
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred.
