About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions and offers
  • Perform cash handling and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • 3-12 months customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3 hour intervals
