Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling account inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Manage customer accounts, including account setup, closures, and payment processing.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field personnel to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Process customer payments and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, receiving and distributing mail, and maintaining files.
  • Promote our products and services to achieve profitable objectives.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education; completion of college or business administration courses is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and database management.
  • Ability to type 60 wpm or more.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
