Customer Service Representative - Retail

Purolator Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our drivers, warehouse staff, and corporate partners to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our drivers, warehouse staff, and corporate partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges
  • Load, scan, log, and call resolution freight
  • Cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control
  • Communicate effectively with customers and key partners in a positive manner
Requirements:
  • 3-12 months customer service experience preferred
  • 3-12 months retail experience preferred
  • 3-12 months using technology/POS system experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3 hour intervals
  • Professional communication skills, including oral communication, written communication, and listening skills
  • Proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability, including attendance, uniform compliance, and attention to detail
