**Customer Service Representative**

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our customers in a retail environment.

As Canada's leading integrated freight, package, and logistics provider, we've been helping promises get where they need to be for more than 60 years. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner on the telephone and in person
• Upsell and cross-sell corporate products and services
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Work to resolve problem shipments and equipment challenges
• Collaborate with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, and other corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and key contacts

**Personal Responsibilities:**

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Take personal responsibility and accountability for actions and situations
• Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Represent the Purolator values to customers and partners

**Requirements:**

• 3-12 months customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Experience working in a retail environment and with technology an asset
