Business Operations Coordinator

As a key member of Ontario Ltd O/A Highway Truck Driving School's administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily functions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our office supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up and organizing our manual and computerized filing systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and handling incoming mail and other materials. Your excellent communication skills will also be essential in answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments. Your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in ensuring the success of our team.
