About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Spectrawise Consulting inc. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Seminars and Meetings: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, as well as establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and manage training and development strategies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and oversee the development of communication strategies.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Clients: Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, and MS Office.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
