Sherdil Precision Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively interact with colleagues and management.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective work priorities to meet deadlines and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversee payroll administration, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage accounts, including invoicing, reconciliations, and bank statements.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Simply Accounting software.
