About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at A2Z cash 'n' Carry. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seminar and Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and direct visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights into company operations.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential for success in this role.
Work Details:
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours per Week: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
