Office Manager: Administration and Operations

Job Summary
The Office Manager: Administration and Operations will be responsible for managing the Order Desk, Shipping, and associated Regulatory tasks. This includes managing the Order Desk Assistant, processing invoices, and coordinating international product shipping. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining company shares, managing benefits plans, and preparing new employee offer letters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Order Desk Assistant and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Process invoices for tour group operators and new product orders
- Manage international product shipping, customs compliance, and logistics
- Maintain company shares, benefits plans, and employee files
- Prepare new employee offer letters and assist with disciplinary actions
Requirements
- Work Permit
This is a dynamic and fast-paced growth environment, and the successful candidate will be joining a collaborative team. A base salary of +/- $70k along with a performance-based bonus, extended benefits, opportunities to receive shares in the company, and other perks will be offered.
