About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 2635469 Ontario INC. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their sales skills.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
