Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately stocked and that inventory is managed efficiently.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 7 months
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
