About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at SUKHDEV RESTAURANT INC. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
