About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Helpdesk Associate to join our Client Services team at Procom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ticket Management: Manage helpdesk tickets to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist in resolving recurring customer issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the staffing industry or a professional services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a calm and empathetic approach.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ticketing systems or helpdesk software, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
