Master Data Management Specialist

Bioriginal, a leading global player in the nutritional innovation industry, is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of our master data to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Create, maintain, and update master data records in line with company policies and standards, including data elements critical to maintain the effectiveness of our ERP system.
- Data Analysis and Quality Assurance: Regularly audit master data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and resolve any data discrepancies.
- Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance practices to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data integration across systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to data management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation related to master data processes, including data standards, procedures, and workflows, and provide training and support to end-users on master data-related topics and systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ~3+ years of experience in data management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP (Epicor Kinetic) and data visualization tools (PowerBI) is considered a strong asset.
- Strong Excel skills, experience in SQL and data manipulation languages.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or inconsistencies.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues effectively.
- Ability to manage a range of tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
