About the Role

VJ Management Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Manage accounts payable, prepare bank reconciliations, and store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, and verify and balance transactions.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
