We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Address Signage Co. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- 40 hours per week.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- English.
