Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

At Address Signage Co, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our employees. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and assistance to employees in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
* Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software
* Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions
* Participate in the redesign of applications and other software

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's licence
