Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at WBM Technologies. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide onsite and remote support for our clients, working in a fast-paced environment to respond to and resolve client incidents and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support – Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues and improving their experience.
  • Communication – Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Problem Solving – Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of previous technical support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
