Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At Address Signage Co, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and customers. Your primary duties will include giving access to computer networks, reporting on the performance of computer systems and networks, and consulting user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to employees and customers
* Give access to computer networks
* Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
* Consult user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions
* Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
* Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Valid driver's licence
* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

* 40 hours per week
* Permanent position
* English language
