Job Description

As an Instructor Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes or communities, employing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) teaching strategies as directed by a Senior Therapist and Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT). Your primary responsibility will be to implement sessions as directed by the RBT, following the client's Individualized Service Plan (ISP), and record and graph data and notes required by the RBT.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as an Instructor Therapist or similar role, implementing ABA procedures as directed by an RBT
  • Possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Access to a reliable method of transportation
  • A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
