About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Job Type and Salary:

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $85-$105 per hour, based on experience, education, and professional credentials. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, registration with CASLPO, and excellent assessment and intervention skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing assessments in a home setting using standardized tools and designing treatment plans based on evidence-based information and clinical expertise.
  • Engaging clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals and actively participating in coaching.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, client responses, and progress toward achieving goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Registration with CASLPO.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team with other disciplines.
  • Experience providing home-based services.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong organizational abilities.
