About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Therapist to manage our ABA programs and lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Description

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ABA treatment plans, training staff, communicating program changes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians on ABA treatment plans and protocols
  • Communicate program changes and updates to caregivers and the ABA team
  • Conduct six-month authorization reports and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
  • Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy for patients within assigned caseload, as needed
  • Act as a liaison between caregivers, staff, and other service providers
  • Conduct supervision sessions via telehealth or in-person, as clinically recommended
  • Monitor weekly progress and present updates during supervision and team meetings
  • Update and maintain patient programs and documentation

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA license through the Psychology Board
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Working Conditions: Work may be performed in various settings, including homes, ABA centers, communities, and outdoor environments. Must be able to lift and carry patients as needed and assume various postures for extended periods.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, plus monthly commissions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes full benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
