At TEEMA Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior ABA Therapist - Behavioral Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work with patients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field and current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA license through the Psychology Board. They should also have at least 2 years of experience working as a behavior analyst, preferably in a similar setting.

This position involves creating and overseeing the implementation of ABA treatment plans for patients, training staff on new procedures, and communicating program changes to caregivers and the ABA team.

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per year plus monthly commissions. Our benefits package includes full health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and other staff members
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA license through the Psychology Board
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a behavior analyst
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This position requires a high level of physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time. The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly and safely around the therapy center.
