Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist Position in Toronto

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy. This part-time position will involve working one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, delivering evidence-based intervention in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments in a home setting using standardized tools to identify areas of need.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to achieve client-centered goals and promote active engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and progress toward achieving goals, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide expert assessment and intervention services using SMART goal principles.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registration with CASLPO.
- Excellent assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience providing home-based services, with a preference for those with 2-3 years of experience.
- Proof of professional liability insurance and a Vulnerable Sector Check.
This is an independent contractor position, offering flexible hours and scheduling, with a competitive compensation package based on experience, education, and professional credentials. The estimated salary range is $85-$105 per hour, with opportunities for annual bonuses. We also offer ongoing support, learning, and room to grow both professionally and financially.
