We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management to identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Performance Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
