Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Utilize various systems and tools to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and communication.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions through investigation.
- Minimum high school education, with a focus on customer service or a related field.
- Solid computer and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
