About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. This is a Hybrid/Remote position, offering a unique blend of flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful, accurate, and timely responses to incoming inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and effective support.
Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
