About Our Company

Recruiting in Motion is seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to support their dynamic team. This full-time opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement and potential for career advancement.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Finance Administration and be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, and providing administrative support throughout the company's offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and code verify invoices
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage client inquiries and support with payroll
- Assist with company events and training

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in finance administration
- Post-secondary education
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
