About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tandoori King Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate our kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and safely.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to a high standard.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Prepare and manage budgets, tracking sales and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers leave satisfied.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
