Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
