Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Source, select, and train a team of skilled and motivated staff members to provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of our restaurant.
- Supervise and Manage Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and contributing to the success of our restaurant.
- Negotiate with Clients: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure catering and event business for our restaurant.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Planning: Develop and implement plans to optimize the daily operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
