Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Food Quality: Ensure that our food quality meets the highest standards and that our menu items are prepared and presented to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Financial Management: Manage our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
