About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and efficiency
    • Manage and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, including equipment and facilities
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and control restaurant finances, including cash handling and inventory control
    • Prepare and submit financial reports and forecasts
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
