Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation and portioning
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
