We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be physically demanding and able to stand for extended periods.
