Lead Supervisor

This role is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve exceptional results and representing Coach at its highest standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Productivity Management: Hold sales team members accountable for meeting sales targets and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of Coach in the local market, participating in charity events, local associations, and mall initiatives to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise on Coach products, including current collections, to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Goal Setting: Establish short- and long-term goals to achieve personal metrics and performance development, and coach team members to do the same.
- Operational Tasks: Manage daily store operations, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to Coach retail policies and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Utilize Coach's tools and technology, including cash register systems, basic computer skills, and mobile POS, to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet Coach's scheduling and availability expectations.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to shift gears comfortably and handle risk and uncertainty.
- Communication: Articulately communicate credible pictures and visions of possibilities and likelihoods to build effective teams and drive business results.
