Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a Lead Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales and operational excellence in our Coach store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Collaborate with the store manager and assistant store manager to achieve business objectives and implement sales strategies
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales and operational performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to sales associates
  • Manage and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and store displays
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales and operational standards
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds
