Lead Supervisor I

The Lead Supervisor role is a critical component of our store's success, requiring a high-performing individual who embodies the behaviors needed to drive sales and operational excellence. This role serves as a model for our team, demonstrating exceptional performance and representing our brand at its highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
- Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Develop and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align sales and operational strategies with company priorities.
- Ensure excellent customer service, building strong relationships and trust with customers.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations.
