Job Summary

The Lead Supervisor role is a critical component of our store's success, requiring a high-performing individual who embodies the behaviors needed to drive sales and operational excellence. This role serves as a model for our team, demonstrating exceptional performance and representing our brand at its highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Develop and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align sales and operational strategies with company priorities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, building strong relationships and trust with customers.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations.
