Lead Supervisor I

The Lead Supervisor I role is a critical component of our store's success, requiring a high level of performance and a commitment to excellence. As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for modeling the behaviors needed to drive sales and operational processes, while representing Coach at its highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with the Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align with Company priorities and values.
- Sales: Endorse, model, and develop team to deliver Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Sales: Enforce sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories.
- Operations: Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, switching gears based on the needs of the business.
- Operations: Demonstrate strong business acumen and interact with supervisor(s) on a regular basis.
- Drive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
- Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Creativity: Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people up, down, and sideways.
- Learning on the Fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems.
- Perseverance: Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish.
- Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change.

- Managerial Courage: Doesn't hold back anything that needs to be said.
- Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
