Job Title: Lead Supervisor I

The Lead Supervisor I role is a critical component of our store's success, requiring a high level of performance and a commitment to excellence. As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for modeling the behaviors needed to drive sales and operational processes, while representing Coach at its highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with the Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align with Company priorities and values.
  • Sales: Endorse, model, and develop team to deliver Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
  • Sales: Enforce sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories.
  • Operations: Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, switching gears based on the needs of the business.
  • Operations: Demonstrate strong business acumen and interact with supervisor(s) on a regular basis.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
