About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Maani Phone Shop. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including door-to-door salespersons, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
    • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Store Operations
    • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure the store is staffed accordingly.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Work Environment

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
