About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Maani Phone Shop. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Sales Staff
    • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks

  • Manage Sales Operations

  • Lead Sales Team
    • Establish work schedules
    • Sell merchandise
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
