About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Maani Phone Shop. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
    • Direct and supervise the activities of sales team members, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Co-ordinate the activities of the sales team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Lead by Example
    • Set a positive example for the sales team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
    • Provide guidance and support to sales team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Manage Sales Operations
    • Oversee the sales process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective.
    • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, making adjustments as needed.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
