Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating and offering financial products to customers in-store, while driving sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our partner Canadian Tire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate Customers: Provide in-depth knowledge of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard to customers in-store and at the kiosk.
  • Drive Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure customers have a positive experience and provide personalized support to meet their needs.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with store personnel and maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or retail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
