About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Maani Phone Shop. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Sales Staff

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and training our sales staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

Assign Sales Tasks and Duties

You will be responsible for assigning sales tasks and duties to our sales staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.

Manage Sales Floor Operations

You will be responsible for managing the sales floor operations, including inventory management, display setup, and visual merchandising.

Resolve Customer Complaints

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Prepare Sales Reports

You will be responsible for preparing sales reports and providing insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.

Requirements
  • Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment.

Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales. You will be working in a retail store environment with a team of sales staff.
