About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Perform general store duties as required, including stocking, receiving, and operating the Point-of-Sale system.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
