Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at E-NET SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on computer systems, software, and network usage
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Supervise other technical support workers in the team
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience in a technical support role is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of technical support analysts. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Transportation

A vehicle will be supplied by the employer.
