Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GREWAL WIRELESS INC. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, network, and internet connectivity.
  • Provide guidance and training to customers on how to use our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
