FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users in response to identified difficulties. This includes consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions. You will also provide advice and training to users, supervise other technical support workers, and provide business systems, network, and Internet support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be working closely with other teams to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role
